MAIN APPLICATIONS AND METHOD OF USE

The materials to be bonded must be clean and dry. Apply with a brush a uniform layer of
adhesive on each surface to be glued. Let the solvent evaporate, in normal working conditions,
the waiting time is about 10 minutes. Once evaporated, you have a window of 60 minutes to
glue the 2 sides. These times depend to a great extent on the materials used, environmental
conditions, amount of adhesive applied, etc.
Once this time has elapsed, the bonding can be carried out by applying heat to the adhesive so
that it recovers its adherent state. It is not advised to use the glued product until after 24
hours. In the case of gluing by means of a two-component system, this should be done within a
maximum of 2 hours from its application since the adhesive will have cross-linked and a new
application of the adhesive will be necessary to proceed with the gluing.
For further information and precautions of use, please refer to the Safety Datasheet of this
product.

MATERIALS PREPARATION

As a general rule, you must remove any dirt, grease, or impurities by physical or chemical
treatments from the surfaces to be glued. Due to the great variety of materials on the market
and the versatility of this adhesive, please contact our Technical Department to determine the
most suitable surface treatment for your application.
